Really good Service and Convenient Location

The hotel's location is near two metro stations, each less than ten minutes by foot. Numerous dining options and convenience stores are close by, with a McDonald's just across the street. I also utilized the complimentary shuttle service, which operates between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM to select locations around the city. the self serve laundry on site proved useful. The staff were approachable during check in. The rooms are appropriately sized.
The air conditioning unit did not offer a heat setting. Some days were cold, but no heating was available. I could hear water being used in adjacent rooms. This was slightly bothersome.

The hotel has great positioning and convenient access to two primary metro lines. This new, clean structure features excellent communal spaces such as a gym and a laundry area with a relaxation zone.

The location offers convenient access to the MTR. It is hardly 400 meters to Olympic MTR. Mongkok MTR is approximately 1 kilometer away. The location allows for exploration of Mongkok, Jordan, and Tsim Sha Tsui. Direct MTR access to Lantau Island and Disneyland exists. Shuttle services are available to and from the airport.

the staff was friendly. the room was clean and the facilities were great! i appreciated the convenient location near the olympic mtr station, with good food options. i found it easy to get around.
i found a small cockroach on the bed, it was not ideal. the room was pretty small! also, the toilet seemed a bit old and could use some updating.

the location is good. shopping and eating are very easy. it is very quiet at night for sleep. the curtain works especially well.
the room smelled bad. it got better when i turned off the ac. i read some reviews mentioned bed bugs. unfortunately they are true.

the staffs at front desk was very helpful. i asked for hand soap and it was in my room minutes after my request. there is a free shuttle that stops in popular places nearby.
